Sign-up & Getting Started – Patients

Patients should go to teleray.com/Signup fill out the required forms (if the patient doesn’t have an email they can use the phone number as their username.)

Click Sign-Up and fill out the required information.

On the first login, the user will be required to type in the provider’s name they wish to call. Then, begin your call!

How To Ensure a Great Call

Before calling your doctor, run a test call to make sure that your hardware is working properly. You may begin a test call by selecting the “Make a Test Call” button on the screen after you log in.

After you begin the test call you will be prompted to give access to your camera and microphone. Please do this each time requested.

Make A Call To Your Provider

By selecting “Make a Call” at the time designated by your provider. You will be put into a waiting room until the physician signs in.

After you begin the call you will be prompted to give access to your camera and microphone. Please do this each time requested.

During this waiting period, you will only see yourself but will be connected to the provider once He/She logs in.

Payments

Some patients may be required to make a payment to be connected to their provider.

A user will be prompted to enter a Credit or Debit card after the user selects the icon to call their provider. The card will not be stored.
